Matheran is a pleasant hill station located on the Sahyadri range, in district Raigad. It is near central railway station Neral, at an altitude of 800 mts. Meaning 'forest on top'. No vehicles are allowed in Matheran, one has to drive via Neral up to the border, Dasturi Point, from where you could reach the main bazaar either by foot or on pony. Train, State Transport bus & private Taxi services are also available.
Matheran offers you a great panoramic view from as many as 33 points located here. Some of the favorites points to visit are Sunset or Porcupine Point, Honeymoon point for Valley crossing activity, Louisa Point, Echo Point, One tree hill, Little Chauk Point, Panorama Point, Sherlot lake and many more where you could catch the most breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset.

We are first to provide you Tents in Matheran.
The Tents are with Bed & Blanket. Eating is not allowed inside the Tent.
Tariff – Adult Rs. 400/- & Children age 3 t0 8 years Rs.300 per head per day with food. (Minimum 4 occupancy will charge)
We will give you one room in morning 1 hr for fresh up.
General clean toilet is there in our Hotel.
